Jacqueline D. Mosher

Jacqueline Mosher graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2018 and earned a certificate in Indian Law. Ms. Mosher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from the University of North Dakota. Ms. Mosher is admitted to the New Mexico Bar, North Dakota Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Ms. Mosher currently focuses her practice on personal injury defense, insurance defense, coverage matters and medical malpractice. Before joining Allen Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Mosher’s practice focused on civil litigation in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and New Mexico Tort Claims defense. Prior to her practice in New Mexico, Ms. Mosher clerked in Minnesota for the Honorable Donna K. Dixon, Ninth Judicial District.

Ms. Mosher is a member of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association, New Mexico Young Lawyers Division, and the Albuquerque Bar Association.
