Michelle Marie Lalley Blake

Michelle Lalley Blake is an experienced trial attorney defending physicians, nurses, dentists, psychologist, psychiatrists and a variety of medical facilities in conjunction with claims of professional negligence. She is also experienced in insurance matters. She has litigated cases since 1992 in state and federal courts representing a wide variety of governmental entities, including law enforcement, public universities, schools, and officials in conjunction with civil rights claims, constitutional matters, and employment claims.

Ms. Lalley Blake graduated from University of Arizona, School of Law in the top 15 percent. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University, Denver, Colorado, Magna Cum Laude. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, New Mexico Women’s Bar Association, Albuquerque Bar Association, Sandoval County – Pro Bono Attorney Volunteer, Second Judicial District Court – ADR Mediator/Arbitrator American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association.
